Return Process

    Email our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery for fresh flowers or 14 days for home accessories, including your order number and clear photos of the items.

    Wait for Approval

    Our floral specialists will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm eligibility for a replacement or refund.

    Prepare the Package

    For non-perishable home items, securely pack the product in its original packaging ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
